Shipping Information
Delivery Charge: All orders within Australia have varying rates depending upon the weight of the items selected and the distance from our South Australian premises. These are based on the costs outlined by Australia Post.

International orders will be calculated according to weight and the destination.

Time for Delivery: We endeavour to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If a product is in stock it will usually be delivered to your front door within 7 working days.

For international orders please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Normal delivery times:

International Airmail:  1 - 2 weeks
International Global Priority Mail:  4 - 7 days

Delivery Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your order via email or phone. If there is likely to be a delay in sending your order we will telephone or email you within 3 working days of receiving your order to explain the situation and provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Returns and Faulty Goods
Faulty Goods: You have seven days from date of receipt of your goods to inspect them for faults. If the goods are faulty please contact us by phone or email within seven days, quoting date of order and the order number. We will arrange collection of the faulty goods for inspection. All faulty products will be replaced without charge.
Cancellation of order: You may cancel an order within 7 working days provided it has not already been despatched. Please contact us by email or by phone to cancel your order outlining clearly the details of your order.
Returning goods: You may return goods within 7 days provided the product(s) are in original condition and any packaging has not been removed or damaged. Costs for returning non-faulty goods is the responsibility of the customer. At our discretion we may accept return of goods after the 7 day period but we will need to charge a re-stocking fee.
Undelivered Goods: If any part part of your order is not delivered please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate the cause. If necessary we will send replacements.
