Trakehner Breed Logo Pendant

The correct name for the breed is "the East Prussian Warmblood Horse of Trakehner Origin." It is one of the oldest European warmblood breeds with a history that reaches back more than 400 years. The breed is based on a small local East Prussian horse, the "Schwaike", of phenomenal endurance and versatility which, throughout the years, had been crossed with various larger "imported" stallions to provide mounts for warfare, for general transportation and for agricultural work.

A significant number of Trakehner-bred horses are out competing and gaining national and international recognition.

This pendant has been crafted in three layers, one upon the other with the logo on the uppermost layer, creating a distinctive piece of quality and strength like the Trakehner horses.
 
Shown here as a pendant in sterling silver it is also available in yellow, rose or white gold in 9ct, 18ct or 24ct or alternatively in platinum. A key ring is also available in brass.
